Throughput note: 340 pages repaired/restructured this week across 9 jobs. Case studies published: the 40-page policy PDF (flowchart still described, not drawn), a 12-page scan with wrong page order (fixed via content anchors), and a two-column paper whose footnotes migrated into the body (realigned by position frequency). Honest losses listed in every report; none silently dropped.

Wins: heading inference from font-size clustering (94% accuracy against the TOC), tables kept as tables (17 of 19; 2 had merged cells I flattened with a note).
